Serving Style?	Drop-off (disposable) - Drop everything off in disposable serveware and include dishware if desired. Drop-off and Pick-up - Drop-off and set-up catering equipment, come back later to clean-up. Self-Serve Buffet - Someone stays for entire event to make sure food stays warm and everything goes smoothly. Buffet with Servers - First course plated and on tables when guests arrive. Helping hands at buffet stations. Full Service - Restaurant style service.
Setting?	Will determine "fanciness" of small and large details, including linen choice and staff attire.
On-site Kitchen	This will help me determine whether or not the menu you chose is feasible. Some adjustments may need to be made.
Do you need Tables?	If you need tables, an extra deliver charge is applied. Delivery charge is only charged once.
Do you need Linens?	If you need linens, an extra deliver charge is applied. Delivery charge is only charged once.
Do you need Place Settings?	If you need non-disposable place settings, an extra deliver charge is applied. Delivery charge is only charged once. Disposable place settings do not incur a delivery charge.
